  • Unrivaled Thermal Resistance: Continuous operation at 1,000°C (1,832°F), peak resistance to 1,600°C (2,912°F) – outperforms standard E-glass by 300°C.
  • Acid Attack Immunity: Withstands 95% H₂SO₄ and 30% HF – 10x longer life than ceramic filters in acid flue gas.
  • Zero Shrinkage/Deformation: <0.5% linear change at 1,000°C (per ASTM D750).

 

  • Ultra-Fine Filtration: Captures particles down to 0.5μm (H13-HEPA grade) with >99.99% efficiency.
  • Thermal Shock Resilience: Withstands 500+ rapid cycles (1,000°C ⇄ 25°C) without cracking.
  • Non-Combustible & Low Thermal Conductivity: ASTM E136 Class A / Thermal conductivity: 0.09 W/m·K @ 600°C.
