High Silica Fiber is the fourth-generation heat-resistant fiber material following asbestos, ceramic fiber, and glass fiber. It is produced using ultra-fine High Silica Fibers, advanced international technology, and specialized equipment through multiple rigorous processes. With a high-bond-energy molecular structure, High Silica Fiber exhibits superior "thermal stability, chemical stability, and wave transparency" compared to other heat-resistant fibers, along with excellent environmental benefits (asbestos-free, dust-free, non-irritating to skin). It serves as the optimal substitute for traditional fireproof and heat-resistant materials and is an ideal wave-transparent material. Applications span high-tech fields such as aerospace, military, nuclear energy; 5G communication equipment (radomes, antenna covers, wave-transparent devices); transportation (automotive parts, rail transit, marine engineering, aircraft); new energy (battery safety protection, solar energy, air energy); and other specialized industries (metallurgy, petrochemicals, construction, environmental protection, power, fire protection).

High Silica Fiber felt is the High Silica Fiber filament cut into a certain length, through the silk, carding, velvet, needling process, made into felt-like advanced air purification, heat insulation, sound insulation, fire resistance, heat preservation material. It is a non-toxic and harmless inorganic insulation material, and does not contain any binder compared with traditional glass wool and asbestos products. Unique flexibility, very easy to use, can be cut, cutting, bonding, filling, wrapping, riveting and other methods to meet the requirements of different occasions. It is not easy to produce poisoning and allergy to the operator, and it is a new environmentally friendly insulation product with more characteristics in various existing thermal insulation and sound absorption materials.

High Silica Fiberglass Needle Mat

 

  • High-Temperature Resistance: Maximum series softening point approaches 1,700°C. Maintains fibrous state and flexibility after 1 hour at 1,000°C under static conditions. Instantaneous heat resistance up to 1,450°C (varies by series).
  • Fireproof & Flame-Retardant: Achieves Class A1 non-combustibility (GB8624-2012 standard).
  • Low Thermal Conductivity: Three-dimensional microporous structure with high porosity ensures excellent insulation (including cryogenic applications).
  • Ablation Resistance: Stable under thermal shock and radiation; withstands 90 minutes of 1000°C butane flame (performance varies by series).

 

  • High-Temperature Insulation: Superior electrical insulation under extreme heat and high voltage.
  • Chemical Resistance: Resistant to weak acids and alkalis (excludes HF, H3PO4, HCl).
  • Aging Resistance: Durable against humidity, UV exposure, and weathering.
  • High-Efficiency Filtration: Low gas flow resistance due to porous structure; ideal for high-temperature filtration.
  • Eco-Friendly: Asbestos-free, dust-free, and non-irritating; replaces hazardous materials like asbestos and ceramic fiber.
