● Exceptional High-Temperature Resistance: Can withstand continuous operating temperatures up to 1000°C (1832°F) and short-term exposure up to 1200°C (2192°F), with minimal linear shrinkage.
● Ultra-Low Thermal Conductivity: Provides outstanding thermal insulation efficiency at both high and low temperatures, significantly reducing energy consumption.
● Excellent Thermal Shock Resistance: Exhibits remarkable stability and integrity under rapid temperature cycling and extreme thermal gradients.
● High Chemical Purity & Stability: Composed of over 96% silica, it is highly resistant to most corrosive chemicals, molten metal splashes, and oxidation. It remains non-hygroscopic and does not react with many metals and alloys.
● Low Heat Storage & Lightweight: Low heat capacity allows for faster heat-up and cool-down cycles, improving process efficiency. Its lightweight nature facilitates easy handling and installation.
● Excellent Resilience & Flexibility: The needled structure provides good tensile strength and flexibility, allowing it to conform to complex shapes and withstand mechanical vibration without falling apart.
● Non-Combustible & Environmentally Friendly: Classified as a non-combustible material (A1级). It contains no binders, resulting in low smoke emission and no harmful gases when exposed to high heat.
